AlignED support is designed to build long-term leadership capacity, strengthen organizational systems, and create sustainable improvement practices that remain in place long after individual initiatives end.
Through Illinois’ network of Regional Offices of Education (ROEs) and Intermediate Service Centers (ISCs), schools have access to experienced education partners who provide support throughout the continuous improvement process.
Support is designed to meet schools where they are, align with local priorities, and strengthen the capacity of leadership teams to sustain improvement over time.
